Delivery model

Built to ship — not just advise

SyncBridge AI is an AI consultancy and agentic AI consultancy. We scope to what you actually need: board strategy, a governed assistant, hands-on implementation, or a complex multi-agent programme. Every engagement aims for measurable improvement, not transformation theatre.

Engagement lifecycle

Diagnose → Deploy → Scale

Three phases with clear exit criteria. No open-ended discovery, no pilot that never graduates, no scale without measured outcomes.

Diagnose

Clarify the right engagement shape, define baseline metrics, and agree constraints for data access, approvals, and boundaries — whether that is an executive workshop, a single workflow pilot, or a wider programme.

Days 1–5 inside slice Baseline KPIs Scope & risk

Deploy

Implement a controlled pilot with explicit human-in-the-loop checkpoints, audit-friendly logs, and practical rollback options. Production-minded from day one — not a disconnected demo.

4 weeks (slice) Human gates Observability

Scale

Evaluate impact against baseline, refine quality gates, and keep the workflow live only where outcomes justify it. The default post-slice shape is a Scale retainer from £999/month (three-month minimum) — not an open-ended build programme.

From £999/mo Monthly review Scale-or-stop
Public offer

Four-week production slice — what £4,950 includes

One way in. Fixed scope, four weeks, and a scale-or-stop review at the end. Prices exclude VAT unless a formal quote says otherwise.

Included

  • Diagnose (days 1–5): workflow map, baseline metrics, scope and risk boundaries
  • One operational decision or queue
  • One primary system integration
  • One human approval point
  • Acceptance tests, logging, rollback path, and runbook
  • Baseline and scale-or-stop review at week four

Quoted separately

  • Extra systems, custom UX, or multi-agent programmes
  • Optimisation engines, computer vision, or scope outside the slice test
  • Deploy programmes beyond four weeks (typically 4–8+ weeks, quoted after consultation)
  • Ongoing scale and support (quoted after a successful slice)

Your responsibilities

  • Access, sample data, and a named approver within five working days — or the clock pauses
  • Participation in acceptance testing and sign-off
  • Clear escalation when integrations or policy block progress
Scale phase

Run retainer — from £999/month

Post-slice operations for the workflow we delivered. Offered at the week-four scale-or-stop review when KPIs justify keeping it live. Three-month minimum. Prices exclude VAT unless a formal quote says otherwise.

Included

  • Monitoring and health checks on the single slice workflow
  • One named monthly review (~60 minutes) against week-four baseline KPIs
  • Minor prompt, tool, and threshold changes within the existing integration
  • Log and exception review; escalation on material drift
  • Response within 2 UK business days for operational issues (email/async)

Quoted separately

  • Second workflow or queue — another £4,950 production slice or quoted programme
  • New system integrations or material scope changes
  • Cloud, API, and LLM usage (pass-through or per quote)
  • On-site training, out-of-hours cover, or on-call P1 support

Slice graduates

  • £800/month for months 1–3 when Scale starts within 30 days of slice sign-off
  • £999/month from month 4 (standard list)
  • Tighter SLAs or regulated/tender workloads — quoted as Scale Plus on consultation
Delivery principles

How we keep engagements honest

Problem-first scope

Every programme ties to business KPIs your board or operations lead can defend — not activity metrics or output volume.

Human approvals

High-impact decisions stay with your team. Customer-facing, financial, and compliance-sensitive actions require explicit sign-off.

Clear data boundaries

Approved sources only, documented assumptions, and retrieval patterns that reduce hallucination risk before automation scales.

Incremental rollout

Regular review points, stop rules, and expansion criteria agreed upfront — so month three does not surprise procurement.

Engagement shapes

One partner across the full arc

Not every organisation needs the same entry point. We meet you where you are — and stay through integration when that is what delivery requires.

  1. Strategy & roadmaps

Executive workshops, opportunity mapping, governance framing, and prioritised programmes.

  2. Implementation & integration

Production delivery on systems of record with observability and handover your IT partner can operate.

  3. Assistants & agentic systems

Governed assistants when conversational UX fits; multi-step orchestration when workflows span teams and compliance.
