Cookies we use
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — required for basic site operation (for example, remembering your cookie choice).
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, enquiries). These are only set if you accept non-essential cookies.
- Advertising measurement — if you accept, we may use Google tags to measure whether advertising leads to enquiries. We do not sell your data.
Until you accept, analytics and advertising cookies remain off. We use Google Consent Mode so tags respect your choice.
Your choices
When you first visit, you can Accept or Reject non-essential cookies using the banner. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; the banner will appear again on your next visit.
Contact form and enquiries
If you submit our contact form, we process the details you provide to respond to your enquiry. Form data is handled by our form provider and emailed to us. We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without consent.
How long we keep data
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up engagement. Analytics data retention follows Google Analytics settings for our property.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact hello@syncbridge.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
